I LOVE Valentine's Day.

I just love February so many good things happen in February.  My daughter was born if February.  You begin to see a glimmer of hope that winter is drawing to a close (hopefully).  You also have February 14.  I love Valentines day.  I am single so I know that is unusual for most singles.  It is a time to celebrate love.  So many people are lonely this time of year they feel left out and unloved. Romantic commercials are on for what to do on this day that the media surrounds us as romantic love.  I choose to celebrate as the love of Christ.  He loves us no matter what we do.  He created us to have a relationship with Him.  He gave us free will.  Let this year be a year  to choose Him.  If you already have find someone else you know that will be alone and invite them to a party at your home or go to a movie.  If you cant find anyone just spend the evening reading His word and let his love surround and invade you.  Invite Him in.  Welcome Him in.

Erin Brocavich Eat your heart out.

Best Selling author Creston Mapes new book Poison Town comes out this month. I was given a copy for my honest review.  Honestly I LOVED it. I almost passed out several times. (from holding my breath).  The suspense was amazing and twisted and convoluted and thrilling and ... well you get the picture. I read his first book in this series Fear Has A Name.  It was surrounding Jack Crittendon also.  If you have read this book you will recognize a few special appearances.
Fear has a Name was full of suspense also.  I recommend it but it is not necessary to read Poison Town.  It does however put a few things in perspective in where Jack is in his spiritual walk and his tendency to go off the reservation.  The family ties just make your heart feel good.  Yes guys there are some feel good moments in them. Suspense and mystery make this a top ten book for 2013 (I read it early) and 2014 for me. Check out more here..
